If you are ready to level up your skin care game, we recommend using the following super easy AM & PM routine to get juicy and fresh looking skin!

Rise and Shine! AM

    Cleanse

    Select a gentle, creamy and hydrating cleanser. Try to avoid bubbly foam cleaners that will strip your skin of all the good stuff. You know that squeaky clean tight feeling you get from using your body wash on your face? Very bad, don t do it, stop it immediately.

    If you are out in the elements during the day or generally feel like your skin is prone to a pimple then incorporate a Salicylic Acid Cleanser. It works hard on lifting the day and dirt out of your pores.

    Hydrate

    Give your skin a big drink of water it deserves. This could be a hydrating serum or even a face oil. This should calm and replenish the skin for that epic juicy glow. This is that secret sauce your sexy mate uses but tells no one.

    Moisturize

    Time to lock it all that juiciness. Your moisturiser plays many roles in the skin: it deeply hydrates and adds necessary vitamins and antioxidants that should fortify your skin but also act as a barrier from all the nastiness the day brings.With the right product, you can walk away feeling amazing. Like Jaw dropping, head turning amazing.

    Protect

    Want to rewind the clock? You can t. Sorry bro. But you can pause the face you have now. THIS IS THE SECRET. Choose an SPF 50+ Hydrating facial sunscreen. Sunscreens with a ton of anti ageing benefits with native Australian antioxidants is our recommendation. Hand and body sunscreen won’t do. Don’t be a cheapskate, get facial sunscreen. your 60 year old self will thank you later.

Hot Tip For Breakouts:

Hot Tip For Night Time:

After a long days work, showering at night before bed helps set your circadian rhythm by releasing melatonin into your body. Sleep plays a major factor with healthy skin. It also ensures you are reducing the buildup of sweat, dirt, and body oils that can impact detoxification and a restful night s sleep. If you go to bed without showering, these will then transfer to your bed and sheets and may not only promote dirty bedding and night time allergies but could also cause itchy, irritated and dry skin as well as facial skin issues such as acne.
